Pursuant to Law No. 6563, Camperello is not directly liable for the supply, defectiveness, late delivery or non-delivery of the goods or services; such liability rests with the relevant SELLER/PROVIDER. Camperello remains responsible for its own value-added services (booking intermediation, payment collection, customer support) and statutory obligations.

2. Subject Matter

This Form covers two distinct types of transactions that may be performed on the Camperello platform: (a) purchase of camping equipment and related goods, and (b) publication and viewing of caravan classified listings. The provisions applicable to each transaction type are set out separately below; the relevant section shall apply according to the nature of the BUYER's transaction.

3. Section A — Camping Equipment Sales (Distance Sales Contract)

Essential Characteristics: The name, model, manufacturer, principal material, dimensions and colour of the ordered product are displayed on the product detail page; the BUYER is deemed to have reviewed and approved such information prior to placing the order. SELLER: The third-party natural or legal person listing the product on Camperello, whose trade name, address and contact details are displayed on the order summary screen and on the invoice. Camperello is not a party to the sales contract between the SELLER and the BUYER and acts solely as an intermediary service provider. Total Price: The amount displayed on the order summary screen represents the total price including the product price (VAT inclusive), shipping fee, any cash-on-delivery service charge and other statutory charges. No additional fee shall be requested from the BUYER beyond the stated amount. Payment: The BUYER may choose among (i) credit/debit card payment via PayTR with 3D Secure, (ii) cash on delivery via the contracted carrier (Aras Kargo) or (iii) buy-now-pay-later options. All payment data are processed in compliance with PCI-DSS standards; card details are not stored on Camperello servers. Delivery: Products are delivered to the address specified by the BUYER via the contracted carrier Aras Kargo within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days from dispatch by the SELLER. Pursuant to Article 7 of the Regulation, this period cannot exceed thirty days; otherwise the BUYER may terminate the contract. Right of Withdrawal: The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the goods to the BUYER or to a third party designated by the BUYER, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. Camperello collects a 15% commission from the SELLER; no additional commission deduction is applied to the amount paid by the BUYER.

5. Section C — Caravan Classified Listings

The Camperello caravan category provides only classified listing services. Caravan sales are not concluded online via the Platform and no payment is processed through the Platform for caravan sales. Buyer and seller communicate via the in-platform messaging system, and the sales contract is executed off-platform between the parties in accordance with applicable legislation (notably Highway Traffic Law No. 2918 and notary sale procedures). Digital Service Nature: The listing publication service qualifies as a "service performed instantaneously in electronic form" within the meaning of Article 15/1-h of the Distance Contracts Regulation. As the service is performed immediately upon publication of the listing, the seller posting a listing is deemed to have been informed in advance that the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised. Liability: Pursuant to Law No. 6563, Camperello cannot be held liable for the accuracy of listing content, the actual condition of the vehicle, encumbrances thereon (pledge, attachment, retention of title, etc.) or the outcome of the sales transaction. Buyers are advised to obtain an independent inspection and to review the vehicle registration documents.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Manner of Exercise

Withdrawal for Equipment Purchases: The BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receipt of the product by sending an e-mail to destek@camperello.com or by completing the "Create Return Request" form under My Account > My Orders. Within 14 days of the withdrawal notice reaching Camperello, the product, together with its original packaging and accessories, must be returned to the SELLER; return shipping costs shall be borne by the BUYER except where the product is defective. Where the right of withdrawal is properly exercised, the product price and the shipping fee paid by the BUYER will be refunded within 14 days of the product reaching the SELLER. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal (Article 15 of the Regulation): (a) goods prepared in line with the BUYER's specific requests or personal needs; (b) perishable goods or goods with a likely expiry date; (c) goods whose protective elements have been opened after delivery and whose return is not suitable for health and hygiene reasons; (d) goods which, by their nature, become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery; (e) services performed instantaneously in electronic form and intangible goods supplied instantaneously to the consumer; (f) pursuant to Article 15/1-h, digital content and instantaneously performed services (caravan listing publication falls within this scope).

7. Complaint and Dispute Resolution Channels

The BUYER may submit any complaint regarding the purchased goods or services to destek@camperello.com or to the customer service line at +90 545 829 60 60. Camperello undertakes to resolve such requests within a maximum of 14 days. Where the dispute cannot be resolved, the BUYER is entitled, depending on the value in dispute and pursuant to Law No. 6502, to apply to: — Consumer Arbitration Boards (within the monetary thresholds determined annually by the Ministry of Trade, at the BUYER's place of residence or the place of transaction); or — Consumer Courts. Applications may also be filed via the Ministry of Trade's e-Complaint system at https://tuketici.ticaret.gov.tr.
