Istanbul Bungalov Tiny House Sea Holiday Center is located on the European side of Istanbul, which is the largest metropolis in Turkey, approximately 40-45 km away from central Istanbul (Taksim/Beşiktaş). With its location by the Sea of Marmara, it is about 110 km from Tekirdağ, 145 km from Kocaeli (İzmit), and approximately 160 km from Bursa via ferry/highway options. For visitors coming from Ankara, it is approximately 480 km (5-6 hours by car), and from Eskişehir, it is about 330 km (4 hours by car). It is especially a getaway point that can be reached without long journeys for those living around Istanbul.
The facility is located in the Dereağzı neighborhood of the Beylikdüzü district, very close to the coastal town. It is only 5-8 km away from the center of Beylikdüzü, and public transportation options are quite varied. After arriving at the last stop, Beylikdüzü (TÜYAP) station, by using the metrobus, transportation to the area can be easily provided by bus lines BM6, 458, or BL109, or minibuses heading towards Gürpınar/Dereağzı. For those arriving by private vehicle, easy access is available by following the Beylikdüzü-Gürpınar signs via the E-5 and TEM connecting roads.
According to the return of guests who have previously stayed, this place is focused on the concept of “comfortable nature holiday” rather than a classic campsite. Each tiny house unit offers private shower and toilet facilities as standard, thus eliminating the necessity of shared area usage. While the rooms are equipped with modern amenities such as air conditioning and hot water, each house has its own small garden area or veranda in the outdoor spaces. For those who want to spend time in the garden, especially in the evenings, equipment suitable for making a fire pit or barbecue is provided, allowing guests to prepare their own meals.
